What we expect of you:

• A university degree or Master’s in law
• Affinity with the field of economic law in addition to excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities
• Advise SMEs operating within and outside national borders in all matters relating to tax, social and labour law
• Join our Tax Advice department to assist our clients in the management of their tax affairs and the development of their tax strategy, both nationally and internationally. To that end, you will work with our tax advisers
• Draft contracts and draw up protocols
• Support our clients in any project for creation or restructuring of a company
• Guarantee the control of legal aspects during a company transfer
• Be perfectly bilingual French-German (written and oral). A very good knowledge of English is an advantage.
